How to Use the Y.E.S.! ™ Accounting Interface

The Y.E.S.! ™ Accounting  Interface is very easy to use.   It was designed with a minimum number of options and with the ability to periodically run itself, once configured.

When the Y.E.S.!™ Accounting   Interface is started, the screen shown below will appear.

Manual Updates

In normal use (once configured) all that you need to do in order to update your QuickBooks® accounting is to click on the "Manual Start" button.

Automatic Update Configuration

You can have the Y.E.S.!™ Accounting Interface automatically update QuickBooks® every day at a given time, by checking "Enable Auto Start" and selecting a Start Time on the main screen as shown above.  

• NOTE: For this option to work, you MUST leave the Y.E.S.! ™ Accounting Interface running on your computer.   You can minimize it while it is running so that it does not interfere with other activities.
