Y.E.S.! enables you to quickly and easily submit each item in your inventory for auction on eBay , and to forward emails to the auction winners automating the order process for the customer as well as your control over inventory.

From the Inventory screen, clicking on the "eBay" button on the lower right of the screen provides you with the following choices: 

• "Create a New eBay Auction for this Item" 

Selecting this option launches the "Create an eBay Auction" wizard that walks you through the seven 7 steps to submitting this item for auction.

• • NOTE:  You must have an account established with eBay before using the Y.E.S. system's eBay automation features to submit your items for auction.

• "Respond to an Auction Winner for this Item" 

Selecting this option enables you to quickly develop and send an email to an auction winner for this item containing the specifics of the completed auction.  This email will automate the ordering process for the customer, as well as the processing and fulfillment of this order through your Y.E.S. inventory system.

IMPORTANT:  You MUST have the item that you are going to list on eBay uploaded to your website PRIOR to posting to eBay .   If the item is not present on your website, pictures associated with the item will not appear on eBay , and the winner of the auction will not be able to purchase the item from your website when you click on "Respond to Winner" from within Y.E.S. .
