These reports are intended for the use of the individual employee. There are three (3) Reports menu options available:
To access any of these reports, you must first select your name and enter your password.
You will then be prompted to Select a Date Range for the report from the following dialog:
Select the Starting and Ending dates that you need a report to cover and click on the "OK" button. The report you selected will be shown on the screen or will be automatically printed, depending upon the Report Options selected from the Company Setup screen.
Employee Punch in / out (Detailed) - The Detailed report will show every punch activity for the selected employee during the selected date range.
Employee Punch in / out (Summary) - The Summary report will show the total number of hours for the selected employee during the selected date range.
Employee Posted time - The detailed posted time report will show every posted time activity for the selected employee during the selected date range which was approved by the posting supervisor.
