Failed Transactions

After the interface has finished, the following Error message may be shown

"System has found at least one Failed Transaction.  Please Run the Failed Transaction Report and make corrections!"

This message is not uncommon because there are certain field values that QuickBooks® will not let the Y.E.S.! Software suite change.

If an error cannot be corrected automatically by adjusting a setting in QuickBooks®, a manual adjustment of this transaction must be completed in QuickBooks®.

After correcting or adding the necessary transaction(s) in QuickBooks® you must remove the Failed Transaction from the Failed Transaction List.

The business owner should pay attention to the Y.E.S.! Failed Transaction Report in which if not corrected will create an out of balance in more than one account.
